Discussion group on making better use of policy recommendations from projects to close the project-policy loop

The work of this discussion group aims to explore how to translate the project-level learning into actionable and timely policy input. It will explore two complementary thematic blocks:  

Block 1: Closing the project–policy loop: from project results to policy action  

This block examines how policy messages and recommendations emerging from I3 projects can be more systematically captured, consolidated, and fed into policy processes at regional, national, and EU levels.  

Block 2: Working better with public authorities: from engagement to strategic partnership  

This block focuses on how I3 consortia can establish more systematic, trust-based, and outcome-oriented cooperation with public authorities. Attention will be paid to concrete examples of structural cooperation from regions and to mechanisms that support sustained dialogue, feedback, and policy uptake.
