The work of this Discussion Group aims to identify the best ways of accessing cross-border R&I capacities for better I3 projects delivery. It will explore two complementary thematic blocks:
Block 1: Understanding the nature of cross-border access
This block focuses on better understanding the nature of cross-border access looking both at existing challenges but also good practices, incl. through the involvement of various intermediaries active in cross-border innovation.
Block 2: Building a support toolkit
This second block further examines how to build an easy and practical toolkit for I3 projects to facilitate the access to cross-border R&I capacities within I3 projects.
