The North Adriatic Clean Hydrogen Investment Platform (NACHIP) has officially opened its first Open Call for applications, offering targeted financial support to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) developing innovative solutions within the hydrogen value chain.
The Call supports projects, proposing innovative solutions in line with the overarching goals of NACHIP, showing high Technology Readiness Level (TRL>7). SMEs can join the NACHIP Consortium in bringing innovative solutions to towards the industrialisation and enhancing their investment attractiveness. Technology developers and component suppliers, hydrogen-related solution providers as well as digital and data technology solutions providers and industrial integrators residing in one of the eligible cohesion regions of the EU can apply individually or as a consortium. Specifically, applicants are eligible from NACHIP partner countries: Slovenia: Croatia and Italy (Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Lazio, Umbria) as well as from the selected regions of other EU member states.
The Open Call is active from 1 December 2025 to 3 February 2026, and applications must be submitted exclusively through the official portal.
