#21 I3 Observatory and Partner Search: From data to project opportunities

This session will go beyond a technical presentation of the I3 Observatory and Partner Search tools. It will show how these tools can be used in practice to support strategic decision-making, identify collaboration opportunities, analyse territorial and thematic trends, and strengthen participation in future I3-related activities.
The I3 Observatory provides insights into I3 projects, partners and territorial coverage, helping stakeholders better understand existing cooperation patterns, investment areas and regional participation across Europe. The Partner Search tool supports public authorities, businesses, research organisations, higher education institutions and other stakeholders in identifying potential partners and building stronger cross-border consortia.
The event will combine a practical walkthrough of the tools with examples of how data intelligence can be used by regional policymakers, development agencies, SMEs, clusters, research organisations and project coordinators in their planning and cooperation activities.
This session will:
- Present the main functionalities of the I3 Observatory and explain how it can support project development, policy planning and analysis of territorial and thematic trends.
- Demonstrate how the Partner Search tool can help stakeholders identify relevant collaboration opportunities and potential consortium partners.
- Show how data intelligence can support better planning of future I3 activities, including project development, regional positioning and interregional cooperation.
- Feature experiences from regional practitioners who have used the Partner Search tool, including representatives from ADRAL, Cluster ROHEALTH and OGS.
- Support stakeholders, particularly those from less-developed regions, in strengthening their capacity to participate in I3 projects and engage in interregional cooperation.
